Terms of Service

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between your business and ReShoot (a d/b/a of Timbre Sound Synthesis Inc.) ("ReShoot", "we"). ReShoot is for businesses, used by adults on behalf of a restaurant.

What ReShoot does

You give us photos of your own food and the details of your deal. We prepare promotion files for you (social posts, stories, posters and flyers), and you check and approve them before anything is final. We only print the facts you confirm: your prices, days and what is included.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of your photos, logo, menu and the promotions we make for you. You give us a limited license to store, process, transform and display that content only to provide ReShoot to you: to prepare, show and deliver your promotions and to support you.

We do not use your photos, logo or name in our own marketing unless you give separate, written permission, which you can take back at any time.

Your responsibilities

Only upload content you have the right to use. The offers you publish are yours: make sure the prices, dates and conditions you approve are true. Don't use ReShoot for anything unlawful or misleading.

Pilot and paid plans

During our pilot, ReShoot is free for participating restaurants. After the pilot, our plans are $15 per campaign or $39 a month for 8 campaigns, charged in advance through our payment processor. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. See our Refund Policy.

Automated tools

We use automated image and text tools, including AI models from third-party providers, to prepare your promotions. They can make mistakes, which is why you review and approve every promotion. We check every prepared photo against yours and use your own photo when we can't get it right.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReShoot available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or stop features; if we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you before it applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ReShoot is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ReShoot and ask us to delete your content at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
