ReShoot

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-17. Draft pending legal review.

Who we are

ReShoot (a d/b/a of Timbre Sound Synthesis Inc.), Oklahoma City, OK. Contact: hola@reshoot.food.

What we collect

Account details: your email, your restaurant's name, phone and address if you give them, and your language.

Your content: food and menu photos, your logo, the deals and copy you enter, and the promotions we prepare.

Usage and support: which steps of the app you used and when, your messages to us, and basic security records (for example, a salted hash of the network a request came from, to stop abuse).

Payments, once paid plans start: handled by our payment processor; we keep the payment records (amounts, dates, a customer reference), never your card number.

How we use it

Only to provide ReShoot to you: to prepare, show and deliver your promotions, to answer you, to keep the service secure, and to improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We do not use your photos, logo or name in our own marketing without your separate permission.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, files and sign-in), Render (hosting), and OpenRouter, which routes the requests our app makes to AI model providers so they can prepare your images and text. These providers process your content only to do that work for us.

Deleting your content

Write to hola@reshoot.food from your account's email. We delete your restaurant's content: photos, dishes, promotions and files, messages, and the details in our records about you and your restaurant. We keep payment and accounting records, which still identify your business, for as long as the law requires, and never use them for anything else. Deleted content can remain in backups for a limited time; if a backup is ever restored, the deletion is applied again.

Keeping it safe

Your files are stored privately, every restaurant's data is kept separate, and staff access needs two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
